How do I link an account?
In order for the pre-participation Athletic Forms system to properly function, a student account must be linked to a parent account. The linking can be done a number of ways. All linking related information and actions can be found by logging in and clicking on
An invitation to link can only be sent from an existing account.
A parent can link to as many students as they need to.
A student can link to multiple parent accounts but only needs to link to one for the purposes of athletic form signature requirements.
How to send, accept, revoke, an invite:
Enter the email or the mobile number of the student or parent you wish to link with.
If they have an account, and the email or mobile number the invite was sent to matches the email or mobile number they used to create the account, the link will occur automatically once they log in.
If for some reason it does not link automatically, they can accept it by logging in and clicking on the Link Account button and click the green accept button next to the invitee's name.

If they do not have an account, they create one via the link in the invite and use either the email or the mobile number the link was sent to and as soon as the account is created the link occurs automatically.
The invite is not needed to actualize the process.
Once the invite is sent, the other person can simply go to www.arbiterathlete.com or www.planeths.com and create the proper account and use either the email or the mobile number the link was sent to and as soon as the account is created the link occurs automatically.
Unlinking accounts will result in a parent losing access to a student's pre-participation forms. Forms reside and are linked to the student account. If you unlink your account from your student's account you will need to relink to that same student account in order to access the pre-participation paperwork once more.
