How do I unlink an account?
In order for the pre-participation Athletic Forms system to properly function, a student account must be linked to a parent account.
To unlink an account from your account, simply:
Log in
Click 
Click the Unlink button to the right of the name of the person you wish to unlink your account from.
Unlinking accounts will result in a parent losing access to a student's pre-participation forms. Forms reside and are linked to the student account. If you unlink your account from your student's account you will need to relink to that same student account in order to access the pre-participation paperwork once more.
