How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password in a couple of different ways.
The first way is by clicking on Forgot Password on the main login page.
This will open a pop-up where you can enter either an email address or mobile number to receive the password reset notification.
This will send you an email or text to reset your password.
Please be aware that some school and district supplied email addresses restrict email from outside sources and may, in fact, have emails from PlanetHS/ArbiterAthlete blocked simply because they did not open the system to allow these email when they adopted our system.
If you simply wish to change your password and remember your current password, do the following:
Log in to your account
Click on your name in the top right of the screen
Select Settings (near the bottom of the drop-down)
Click Password in the left sidebar
Enter your current password and your new password
Once you are done Click
