How do I sign the forms?

Click on each form link, complete each form, and click the Sign & Submit button. This creates a timestamp that acts as your signature.

NOTE: Each form will be clearly marked in a blue box at the top of each form what signatures are required.

Your school/district chooses which forms require the student, parent, or student AND parent signatures.

NOTE: Users in Texas (UIL affiliated schools) have a graphical signature process.

  1. You sign with your Mouse or you can use your finger on a touch-sensitive screen such as a mobile phone.
  2. Click Submit Form
